I do not know what Nordic's concept of non-stick is however this ain't it!If you do not use any Pam spray on it and your grill any meat on it, I promise you IT WILL STICK to the grill! I made that mistake the primary time I utilized it and I nearly had to sandblast the crud off of it and nearly ruined the end. Buyer beware.
