Reviews for PR100 standard probe keep an study on wire for frypans, griddles, etc This is a universal probe (PR one hundred same old) for electric skillet or griddle. Fortunately, though they're via completely different producers, this probe labored in both my griddle and skillet. It was once just a tiny tight match, but worked superb.
